Best Business Opportunies for a Beginner With Under $300 Bucks

Don't you love that title? "Best Business Opportunities for a Beginner with Under $300 Bucks" It conjures an image of a long lonely road and a guy carrying a guitar case doesn't it? I'm not sure who you are or where you're at in the journey of making money from home but I'm betting you at least have an interest in online business ideas and opportunities to create income using you computer. And that's why I still write these posts on ugly blogger blogs.

If your still here, statistics say you've already stayed longer than most so I'll try to make it worth your time, let me know if I do.

What are the best business opportunities for a beginner online with not much in the way of start up capital? Here's my top list I'd offer most anyone:

  1. Start a Blog

  2. Consider a Solid Network Marketing Opportunity

  3. Use the Money to Learn What to Do with #1 or #2

Starting a blog doesn't really sound like a good business opportunity at all does it and why throw something like that out their for a beginner to boot? It works man. The first thing I did several years ago (about 4) was to start a blog...THIS BLOG! Pretty cool huh? It didn't cost $300 bucks, or $200 or even $100, in case your wondering you could start one for....FREE. Yeah. The really cool part is that between now and then I've become pretty successful at blogging as part of a solid home business models that pays me every month and a lot of those months I was busy doing other stuff and got paid anyway. I think it's one of the best gigs going.

Why is network marketing the best business opportunity for a beginner? Because it offers the most opportunity for true education in business, in people skills, in leadership, and what adding value and making money is all about.

Back to my ridiculous title. I've been looking for the last 18 months or so for a solid business opportunity I could offer across my blog network. I went at it with an open mind and really wanted to find something that I would be proud to offer to my friends (who hate their jobs and their second jobs)...

To be honest I just about gave up until I remembered recently a really cool business idea I saw about a year ago and forgot about. At the time it didn't look to me like this company was going to offer it as an affiliate opportunity but they were fishing for interest so I wasn't sure. I spent some time back then looking into the idea Google was involved in the same technology at the time and I guess I figured it was over my head.

A week or so ago I got in touch with some folks who were really going gang busters with a business opportunity and guess what? It was that business!

Every now and then a business opportunity that might even deserve the title of this post comes along and this is one of them. I slapped up a contact form on this site (on the side) Fill It Our Right Now and check out this idea. Maybe it's not for you, but you know someone looking for a solid opportunity that will be around for the long haul.

It's a 16 year old publicly traded company and they have just brought to market a patented process and product that is so "ON TIME"....Go check it out and see for yourself.

Beginners Success Tip For Even the Best Business Opportunities

Whether your a seasoned Internet marketer or a beginner, I'm writing today to post one of the top success tips for any business opportunity or monetization method online.
Starting an online business opportunity from home is a great way to earn money and better yet it's a great way to build a real business that will last a life time. I'm going to talk about an idea that's been around for a while, that I've seen even some of the so called "Guru" getting wrong.

So whats this top success tip that's just as relevant for a beginner as it is the experienced marketer?

You must own your marketing machine!

Before you mention, "Why the hell are writing a post like this on blogger then", let me explain what I mean by owning your own marketing machine.

Most profitable business opportunities offer turnkey landing pages and websites, these are usually the variety with a / and then the name you choose follows. Doing traffic building techniques to sites like this is a bad idea, strategically placing link from your own websites for marketing or lead capture is another.

So If you going to start join a 2010 business opportunity and your serious about creating an income online, I can't say enough about getting your own website and domain as a first step. Even if you don't know what to do with the domain name and don't see how it fits into your business opportunity it is still best to do it anyway.

And now for the more experienced marketers who already know and "used" to do this...

There is, in my opinion, a correct way to use social media websites like Face Book, and Twitter and there is a wrong way. I'm seeing more and more people spending too much time and investing too much money getting people engaged on their social media sites they don't even own?

Another, maybe more intelligent way to use the social media options is to integrate them with your blog with the premise of getting the conversation going on the blog instead of the the other sites you don't own, just an idea.

Also another idea I've recently implemented myself is getting people to come to the blog to read posts instead of getting them delivered in full to their inbox. Try it an let us know what you think.

Another idea I've seen recently is delivering courses and free info products on the blog instead of through an email auto responder series. You can still send the series, but use a link in the email to get them to the blog, again just an idea.

Starting a home business opportunity in 2010 can be overwhelming, but here is the thing....

If your going to be learning a bunch of new stuff anyway, why not learn the methods that will work now in 2010 and 5 years down the road?

Remember if you not building your own web presence, your building someone Else's and that just isn't to your best advantage. Marketing your online business via the Internet will constantly change, but one thing that won't is YOU, you are your brand and building our own web presence really isn't much more difficult than editing a replicated website so graciously given to you by your new online business opportunity.

So the success tip for online business opportunity entrepreneur this month is "Own your Marketing Machine"
