First of all Finding a work at home based business is like finding a good pair of shoes. Make sure the home based business you decide to build is a good fit for you, or you will find it to be a pain.
What do you Mean, "A good fit for you." ?
Well, studies show that your chances of success in any business are drastically influenced by your true passions and if you can utilize these passions in your business. Here is a good question to ask, Is this business real for you?
What are " true passions" ? I guess I am not real sure, lets try this. Is there something that you already do because, its just who you are? Something you do any way, that you could build a business around. Something that some people call purpose or true calling.
I know to some this sounds a bit silly, but really think about this: If you could simply be yourself well, and that could pay you all the money you desire and give you all the time freedom you have always dreamed of, would that not be neat?
I, like you, have my experience in life. It is the single most valuable resource we have. In our experience we have clues about ourselves, who we are, what is important to us, our code of ethics, our map, so to speak. Real entrepreneurs ask these questions constantly as they grow and change.
As we go along and reflect a bit on our experience we find clarity and purpose for our lives today. When is the last time you really felt useful? When was the last time you really felt alive? These are clues about who you are and what you and only you were made to do. Ask why. Why did that make you mad. You must have a rule or value that was in direct opposition with the happening.
What I found for myself is that I really enjoyed helping others with their problems. It Was clean and neat, after all they were not my problems and I could walk away. When I coach others and provide them with objective insight that makes and impact in their life I feel great. By the way I love feeling great so its a Win/Win. It is easy for me to inspire others and to assist them in reaching their goals. I'm uniquely wired for it, its who I am. It is in fact, what inspires me.
I Also learned that as I worked through issues in my own life, personal , business, you name it, I was adding to my scope of effectiveness to help others see the issues in their lives for what they really were.
