Real Home Business Details How it Works: What to Expect.

Real home business details: Specific Details of the Inner Workings of a home based business.
What You Can Expect: Home Business Street Smart Success.

Important Disclaimer:Many of the points below are specific to the home business that I operate. Not all home business opportunities will possess the same qualities. This is not meant to endorse or support any business in particular, besides the one that I have personal experience with.

"This is what you can expect. If you don't resonate with these ideas then evaluating this business is probably a waste of your time. If you do then evaluate the business and make your own informed decision. Questions are welcomed and comments appreciated."

You Can Expect Success if and Only If:

  • You are Coachable ( can ask questions and receive answers, do your part, show up)
  • You are Consistent, and can Follow a Simple System Exactly. ( don't try to reinvent the wheel)
  • You have a true Desire To Achieve and be Successful. ( tired of working for the man)
  • You Follow Through And Remain in Integrity.( do what you say when working the business)

Success leaves tracks. Successful entrepreneurs have been utilizing and improving upon the simple system they have used to create multiple six and seven figure incomes. We just follow the tracks, the system we will show you and coach you step by step in this same simple system.

All bet's are off if you do it your way. Not saying you can't have success I'm just not going to encourage it. Of course our system provides room for you to use your personality traits and skill sets that you already posses. But the proven system provides a frame work that makes the business duplicatable. That is key. That alone is what makes this an opportunity for you. Right?

Without a proven system that produces predictable results I would have nothing to offer you. I don't even know you. I can tell you we have a system that works, again if you:

  • Are coachable and willing to follow a simple system.
  • Desire more than survival and mediocrity. The paycheck does not do it for you any more.
  • I only speak English. I can only work with people who speak English.

( I assume you have a telephone and computer and can do basic e-mail and call people when the ask you to. Also I assume you have 2-5 hour a day available 4 days per week.)

Now What You Can Expect:

  • Step By Step Coaching
  • Was via the Internet and teleconference, mostly one on one
  • Start up guide ( step by step) to get set up. ( assistance provided)

Marketing guidance ( step by step) we have a number of ways to market we always advise you pick three. ( master one move to the next approach)

You don't tell, sell, or explain the business, you'll waste your time. The system Does that for you. A (step by step) simple system does this. Think about it, if you called me right now and I started "tell you about" the business we could talk for hours. At the end of the conversation you might have a friend but probably not a business colleague. I don't sell the business or the products the system does that for me.

Nobody want to be sold a business opportunity. Some people want one though ( over one million search for a home business per month on the Internet alone) Every 8-11 second someone starts a home based business. We just show people through a simple system that lets them collect information they need to make their own decision.

You can expect to be personally coached and mentored by myself and a whole team of successful entrepreneurs. You can expect to learn from people directly who earn multiple six figures and a few who earn seven figures per year consistently with this business.

You can expect:

  • to be paid at the point of sale ( no middle man)(not mlm)

  • profits of at least 1,000 dollars and up to 14,000 per sale

  • to operate you business 4 days per week from 2-5 hours per day

  • the top personal development and success coaching available today

  • genuine master mind sessions that help you to continue to grow your success

  • 5 days per week mentoring live

  • to have the support of a like minded community

  • a compliance guide where rules of conduct are clearly defined

These are some of the general things you can expect from this business. I list them so you realise it is worth evaluating. Follow through. Looking for a home business does not pay well. The over reaching goal of this website is to help you evaluate a home business and find one that is a fit for you.

To have real lasting success you have to have a genuine desire to help other's succeed. You need to be a leader or be willing to develop the characteristics of a leader, we have a program for that. You need to be able to take a stand for people and lead them through the system, train them and be willing to provide ongoing support. Our system is set up in such a way that in insures the opportunity is there for anyone with the desire to succeed and build the life they truly desire. There are residual income elements to the business that reward the entrepreneur who do this.

This is a High Profit Business Model. People who are simply looking to earn an extra 1,500 per month are probably better off finding another opportunity more suited for that. Every business opportunity has a target market. This one is no different. We look for people who are:

  • Self starters, and possess good work ethic.
  • Desire to make, earn, replace or create a six figure income fast.
  • Aware of a need for a Change.
  • Realise the power of personal development and are willing to grow.
  • Are willing to receive success. People who are ready. People who know they deserve it.
  • Skeptical to the idea of paying dues. If you haven't already paid yours pretend you did and follow a simple system created by people who already have.
  • Skeptical of the empty promises of corporate America and want a better way.
  • Fed up with 2 to 15 % percent profitability that some industries struggle with.
  • Looking for a shot. And willing to take it.

Feel free to contact me directly (989-621-0605) for a brief interview and details about the business.

Come see for yourself the first step of a simple wealth creating system designed by people who value freedom and helping others.

P.S. If you don't believe a CEO level income is possible for you, without sacrificing your health and time with the people you love, don't bother.

I'm not in the business of motivating, but showing motivated people a better way to apply their work ethic.

If you would like more information on a high profit home busness concept feel free to Fill out the contact form or contact me directly.

Fifteen Free Home Based Business Tips.

Free Tip #1 What is a home based business? In the case of My home business, Create Liberty Enterprises, a home based business is a business entity (DBA or LLC or Inc) That I operate from my home office.
Free Tip #2 Is it a Multi-Level Marketing business? Some are and some are not. Create Liberty is not a multi-level marketing business. We do use a team type atomosphere though which gives us more time freedom and makes success more predictable.
#3 Does a home based business have to be operated from my home? No.
Free Tip #4What do people mean when they talk about a home based business? They can mean many things, when I speak or write I am usually taking about my experience with building my company. Home based business ideas are Lower cost that franchises typically.
Free Tip #5 Who is the boss in a home based business? You are. In most cases there will be a compliance guide to see to it that a successful simple system is used and continues to run smoothly.
Free Tip #6 What does a home based business opportunity offer that a traditional business does not? A home based business opportunity will most times offer a simple proven system that, when followed will achieve predictable results. Result's can mean earning a massive income. Also a successful home business opportunity usually will create a vested interest for someone or a group of people to assist you through the learning curve quicly.
Free Tip #7 When you start or " buy " a home based business what are you paying for? Essentially the cost will be very minimal if anything at all to "buy" a home business. Getting started can vary. It usually will include common business expenses such as long distance phone service, maybe website, and other monthly expenses associated with marketing. I operate a successful home business that is very profitable. My expenses (fixed) are quite low, under $150 per month.
Free Tip #8 Is a home business opportunity really any different than a job? Owning your own business is much different than a job. Read some articles or books on the subject before you get started. Many of the same skill set's are required.
Free Tip #9 Is a home business predictable enough to give me a good idea if I can have success? If people have been tracking action compared to results and the business has been aroung for a few years then the business should be predictable. Not a science though. There are many intangable's.
Free Tip #10Are Risks with a home based business? Yes there are. There are also risks to getting out of bed in the morning. You know your risk level comfort zone, let that be and indicator. By the way if you feel like there is no Risk in a job do some research. Go to wal-mart and ask one of the greeter's if they always dreamed of being there at the age of 74 or so.
Free Tip #11What ar the risks and can I do anything about them? Risk's are thing's that could happen that you view as negitive or opposite your intention. Here are my tips. Create a budget for your new home based business. No Matter What, Stick to your budget. When your skill's improve enough to make your budget effective then save at least 3 to 6 months of living expenses before you think about quitting your day job. Create another goal besides quitting your job. When you quit your motivation will be gone.
Free Tip #12 If everyone died tomorrow or if everyone on the planet decided to join the business would it still be an opportunity for the last person? (This is a real question I was asked) If everyone on the planet worked at wal-mart would anyone have a place to live or a car to drive? Some one has to do all that other stuff. Earning 300k or 400k per year and more is only for the people who can concieve of it being possible for them.
Free Tip #13 How do I know if I will be successful in a home based business? How successful have you been at other things you were committed to and worked hard at? Are you usually successful when you really like something? Do you like the home business your in or thinking about starting. Do you have a powerful goal. Are you coachable and trainable. Have you been building skills through out your career that you can leverage for further success while owning your own business. Can you handle financial success.
Free Tip #14 What percentage of people are successful in this home based business? About the percentage who choose to be. Really, I don't know. What is success? I have learned that it is a proccess and it depends on where your at in the proccess and how quickly you are willing to accept new thinking that will help you leap forward.
Free Tip #15 Why the taboo that I sometimes sense when I mention a home based business is how I earn My income? People are Jealous. Let's say you made a bold decision to really committ to building your future and you decide that a high profit home business is the only way you will ever get what you Really want. You leave the shore of mediocrity and quiet discontentment and you actually go for it. You follow through and enjoy a great amount of success. Now to the person who has chosen the path of the sheep can not deny the reality of the situation. It hurts. Imagine a person telling you " Hey Business is Risky, are you sure you want to do that?" Then two years later you are traveling on vacation pretty much doing what you want to do when you want to do it. Still being consistant and working toward a new goal and then learn that same person lost their job. No Savings, 125,ooo in a 401k and they are 51 years old.

Don't worry about what the other's think most of them really don't.

Home Based Self Employment: Ideas To Ponder.

Home Based Self Employment Ideas.

A home based self employed entrepreneur is a person in a position of profitability and power. Sound Fun? Choosing a path of financial freedom is sometimes difficult and most choose otherwise. Really, think about it. Most work for another who has made this choice and the bottom line is we either choose to create our own financial freedom or help some one else achieve their.

Either option is right and noble, no argument their. For the people who chose to build their own life by design and wish to embark on a journey of self fulfillment and financial freedom there is yet another set of variables. What are some good self employment ideas?

Which vehicle will you use?

I found this article, which I think is great. Coming from a traditional business back ground I wish I had read it when I first started and had the wherewith all to follow the suggestions. As I read it today though I have some different thoughts and BETTER ideas.

I will share these at the end of the article.

By Ronda L. Claire

Kankakee, Ill. (Sunday, March 7, 1999) -- Entrepreneurship is a funny, scary, exciting word. It implies a sense of being on one's own, creating a path of successes and failures, both of which to learn much from and accomplish even more in the future.
Starting a business, actually "doing it" is as scary as it can be fun. One minute you're an employee, the next minute the boss you answer to is YOU. That can be tough, too. The flexibility that is now yours can be a godsend or a curse. The rigid schedule of getting up at 6:00 am, rushing through morning routines and catching the 7:10 to work are now non-existent.
You get up, have a leisurely breakfast, read the morning paper, stare out the window, watch the neighborhood kids at play...hey, what's wrong with this picture?
With Entrepreneurship it's simple - no work, no pay. We must design a routine and apply it, stick with it, learn time management like never before and, to quote a pen pal, "get organized or fail."
Being self-employed is a dream for some who just cannot bring themselves to take the risk. It is a dream for others who go at it full-force and for many of us being self-employed is just a way of life that we, broke or not at times, will not change for any tempting reason (ok, we'll think about it but that's it!)
So being self-employed is in our blood - it is our life, our child, our dream made into reality. But what should we know before we begin our adventure on the rocky road?
What should a business owner or prospect take into consideration before actually starting up? Take a pen and pad (or a pencil if you think you'll be changing a lot!) and draft some answers to the following questions. This may also help if you are trying to decide what kind of business you should get involved in.
  1. What skills, education and knowledge do you have?
  2. What employment background can be applied to a business?
  3. How much money can you bring to the business? Will you have to borrow?
  4. What kind of credit history do you have?
  5. Where will you locate? At home? In a store-front?
  6. If outside of home, what kind of overhead will you need to meet?
  7. Who is your target market?
  8. How far are members (of #7) from your business?
  9. Will you need employees?
  10. Will you leave your current job immediately and go full-force into your business or will you be there part-time?
  11. Can or will family members be willing to work for you a few hours each week with little or no payment?
  12. What kind of benefits will you (be able to) offer?
  13. Can you hire on an independent contractor basis?
  14. What type of equipment will you need?
  15. What kind of guarantees should you look for?
  16. Should you lease or purchase?
  17. How about insurance? Liability? Theft and damage? Unemployment?
Set up an unofficial 'Board of Directors' for your business, people you can go to for advice - an attorney, accountant, insurance agent, mentor, bank contact (a loan officer, an investment broker), a realtor, a collections agent...
Inquire as to whether retainers will be necessary and allow for them. Possibly some of your 'board members' will agree to allow intermittent questions without charge.
Many skills can be developed with practice, knowledge can be enhanced with education. Check with a community college on business class offerings. Business Management, Marketing and Techniques of Salesmanship are some good starters. If there is a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) nearby there may be short-term courses and one day/half day seminars of interest to you.
Set up a work schedule that you can be comfortable with, but which allows enough 'regular business hours' to be able to deal with clients at times convenient to them.
Determine the number of hours per week that you will or can put into your business, depending on your choice to be full- or part- time and if you have an outside job. Choose days off - break them into a weekend day and a week day, two weekdays at opposite ends of the week, two weekdays together or the entire weekend. Or a morning one day, afternoon another day and evening a third day, (unless all your evenings are mandatory "off") plus a weekend day.
Set up a routine. As soon as you enter your office/work area you will...start the coffeemaker and check voice mail and faxes; retrieve e-mail messages and download for later responses, etc.
Pick one hour or so during a non-creative time of day during which you will return telephone calls, work on correspondence (mail, fax, e-mail) and generally organize administrative duties.
Keep a log (no, I do not; yes, I promise to start:) of your workday, especially at the beginning to determine the length of time it takes to complete a project and the details included. I once worked for a CPA and we kept work logs in quarter-hour increments. Across the sheet were several columns: Work Code or Client # (or name), time started, file name, time stopped, quarter hours. At the end of each workday, which could be 14 hours long, the quarter hours had to match the number of hours worked. This may be more meticulous than you feel you need, but then again it may be a good idea, in case the business fails and records are needed to answer to the IRS.
List fixed expenses such as heating, electricity, telephone, on-line services, etc. and an idea of supplies needed each month. Ask utility companies if payment plans can be established to keep monthly amounts equal (there is an annual catch up but it is not usually a budget breaker.)
Decide how much you would like to earn in your first year. Set an earnings goal and divide hours working per week into it and determine how much per hour you must sell or produce to make a profit.
Keep financial records on paper and on the computer. Yes, double work, but if you have my luck with an accounting program you'll be glad you did. In December one year the program decided it would keep all of my information its secret and refused to open. Luckily I'd printed out invoice reports up to November and for some reason kept notes on December's earnings.
Many programs are available for accounting and record keeping. I have tried two or three and my favorite is a little $5.00 program I found at K-Mart one year. I don't like the invoice (so I deleted my information in the program and played with WordPerfect until we came up with a customized invoice I could tolerate) but the program keeps the information I need. It does not have payroll taxes, or state information, or a balance sheet or other complicated features, but I don't need much of that yet. I have no employees and the one or two I occasionally need are hired as independent contractors.
Whether from a family member or a professional be careful when borrowing money. Put as much of your own in as possible. Buy equipment and start up supplies if you can and get that major expense out of the way.
Allow for repayments of all monies borrowed each month. as much as possible as soon as possible, then your business really will be 100% yours!

Now I totally agree with many of the points here. My main thought is this, why would a person who aspires to become self employed not take advantage of all the benefits that are available Today.
Such as:
  • Working directly with people who have achieved what your seeking to achieve.
  • The opportunity to utilize a simple proven system.
  • The chance to put yourself in a huge money making position fast. ( 1 week ) Instead of up to three years.
  • Avoiding the hassles that come with real estate, employees and expensive equipment.
Also most people assume that simply being self employed gives you more control of your finances and how much money you make and when you get paid. While some industry will allow this to happen, most do NOT. Also many people assume that you won't have to work longer hours. Not True.
Let's face it, most people start a business and become self employed so their life will become "better". They want to spend more time with the people they love and quit missing out on their children's childhood. They want to earn more money and enjoy more personal fulfillment and experience a more abundant life. Self employment ideas allow a person to do that.
Another option that in my experience phenomenally better is to connect with a group of people who value these same ideas of personal freedom and have found a way that WORKS to accomplish this. I never realized that was an option but it is.
If you have genuine interest in earning a six figure income and you are a motivated person with good work ethic, are coachable, contact me to discuss how you can utilize the multi-billion dollar Personal Development Industry to create a great self employed lifestyle and significant income quickly.

Successful Home Business: Five Steps To Success

Success in any endeavor depends on a target this holds true when attempting to create a successful home business. Simple activity can be rewarding but it usually won't have us end up in a predictable place. Think about it this way to see the point we are making here. Simply shooting a gun in the air is activity. Nailing a target to a tree and then aiming and hitting the bulls eye is more in line with the idea of success provided that is what you intended to accomplish.
To further simplify success I like to break it down into five categories.
  1. Create the end result to be achieved. Or name the the objective.
  2. Devise a plan to achieve the result.
  3. Follow through with the plan.
  4. Make changes if needed.
  5. Then repeat until achieved
An easy to remember and empowering summary of this categorical approach:
Know what you want to accomplish, plan on achieving it, take action, analyze, and repeat

You may have heard it said that " Focused effort produces results", and that is so true when it comes to having success in any area. Taking the time to focus and know what it is that you are focusing on in the moment is crucial to reaping the rewards that come with that bit of success wisdom.

All of us suffer what is sometimes called the "human condition" and what this means is there are common things that occur when we look at people and how they behave. Some call it personality quirks or personality types. Let's look at common situations that show up when people are having difficulty achieving success.

First the person who just can't seem to get going. They are constantly floundering about with no real direction. Some call these people late bloomers or drifters or dreamers. They struggle with the first category, which is create an end result to be achieved. These people are usually quite motivated they just lack direction. Sometimes I have found that associating an end result with a feeling works great with people who struggle to actually commit to an end result to be achieved. They are many times free spirited people who value freedom and the thought of committing to a specific end result is a confining idea. Try attaching an immense feeling of freedom to the objective you are wanting to experience.

The second person knows exactly what they want. They are getting ready to get ready. This person is waiting for or creating the perfect set of circumstances. They have a very specific plan and as they move to take action they realize one more variable of what could possibly happen and they do not yet have an answer as to what they will do. So they stay stuck in the planning phase. This person would find a better approach to be breaking the objective into a couple smaller parts. When one part is accomplished they could move on to the next. Realize conditions are never ever perfect. Creating a success just does not and will not work that way. Put a time frame on it and get going.

The Third person knows what they want and they have devised a plan but somewhere along the way they just loose their motivation and don't take the required action. Here is an idea for this problem, Keep the objective in the forefront of your mind and make sure it is compelling to you. Plan to reward yourself with something motivates you when you reach success.

The fourth person may encounter some resistance and many times this can be a flaw in the plan. Trying and failing at one approach over and over is not going to get the job done. Stop and take a look at the new circumstances and tweak the plan a bit. Nothing is set in stone. Just because the approach you had choosen did not pan out does not mean your doomed forever. Come up with a better way and get moving.

The fifth person is the one who has not realized the power of persistence. Persistence is almost alway's require when we want to achieve success in any area. Persist until you achieve the result your after of until a better approach is more obvious. This one trait alone is responsible for the fast majority of true accomplishments or successes.

Successful Home Based Business: Success Made Simple

Successful Home Based Business: Success Made Simple

A successful Home based business is really nothing more than an effective system. A successful, effective home business system sounds simple at first and it would be if we looked at each part seperately.

In Order for a home based business to be successfull each part of the business system has to operate predictably and with ease to the end user.
Lets take a look at some of the parts of the business system that I operate from my home office.

When I first came across the business that I now operate from home I started looking for clues and ideas that I was already aware needed to be in place for a business to work. The knowledge I had in business was more of the brick and mortar variety but that did not matter a bit. Business is business.

The first thing I looked at was the product or service. I started here because I wanted to be sure it was something that I had a genuine interest in. I believe in order to be successful in business you need to be genuinely interested in the product or service you market.

In this case I found that the products were Personal Develoment Products. Cool!! I thought. I had always been a student of personal development. I love Jim Rohn And Bob Proctor. I was always the one talking about a book I was reading or a quote I had come across. This home business idea really had my attention.

The next thing I looked at was profitability. I made a decent income at the time and I was not interested in a business that would on produce an extra 30 or 40k per year. I had a ton of free time in the winter months and the economy was show signs of weakness in the industry I was in. ( Commercial Construction) The profitablility was great and realising 100 to 300k per year was on the table and being achieve by some in the business. Success to me has a financial element. I want to feel great about what I am doing but I also want to earn a good income.

After that I came to the system. To me the system need break up the tasks associated with success. It worked like this:

  • Lead Generation
  • Return or Take Calls From People Interested In the Products or Service
  • Move Them on To a Presentation
  • Collect a Decision or a Sale
  • Assist New Customers

These are the " income producing activities" and we have a simple system in place that helps me stay on track.

Order fulfillment, shipping, Product Creation, Event Planning, and things like that are taken care of by the corporate company. So basically I market and sell the products and then help others do the same. I own my own business and my individual success is up to me.

I like that too. Success is an inside job I believe and the idea of owning the success I create is empowering. Defining what success means to you and having an idea of what it is you want out of a business is the first and maybe most important step you need to take in starting any home business endeavor. Having success will depend on this one thing.

Successful home businesses need to innovate. These day's that can mean weekly. And my business does. I get help form others successful home based entrepreneurs and implement changes and evaluate the results.

I work with some of the top income earners in the work at home industry now. Some of them are earning and approaching a seven figure income. That's six zero's!! And I meet and talk with them on a regular basis. Try finding that in the rat race. Success leave tracks they say and a successful home based business has big tracks.

Success is usually simple, like a good idea. If you can appreciate a good idea you can have success.

OK, You have found a profitable home business and you want to replace a six figure income. Or create a six figure income from home. Let's start with a little ground work and cover a couple crucial points that will help lead to your new home business being a six figure success.
  • Why did you start a Home Business? (The Main Reason.write the answer down)

These Question's above and more importantly their answer's need to brought to the forefront of your mind on a daily baisis. Hourly would be better. The reason being, most people are not really all that motivated to "make money". We simply associate making money with the ideas that we are motivated about.

Always know where your headed, what it look's like, what it smell like, what it sounds like.... you get the picture. For more info on exactly why this is important read the article on the "Only two sources of Motivation".

OK, let's assume that the home business that you intend to start meets the criteria that is important to you. And lets assume that high profitability is high on your list. ( after all this is the title of the post!)

First things first, and this is going to get real simple real quick, don't let the simplicity fool you though, success is about simple, it's about focus, not complexity and strategy.

First Thing: Get all questions, concerns, confusion, and anything of the like out of the way. Know the game you are playing, and be rid of anxiety about the game itself.

Now with the first thing out of the way here is my list of profit points on how to earn six figures and enjoy sustained profitability in you home business.

  • Visualize 3-5 times per day. ( What your life will look like, how it feels, be specific)
  • Know the income producing activities. ( There will only be a few.)
  • Do the income producing activities from the very start.
  • Work directly and daily with a mentor who is achieving the result you desire.
  • Improve the skill sets required for the income producing activities.
  • Create a Budget. ( Stick to the budget. Be creative with it to go faster)
  • Clearly define your goals. And refer to them daily. ( If you desire 100k, set 150k as goal)
  • Do these things daily.
Talk about where your going everyday and at every opportunity. For some, reaching their financial goal will be like driving to the next town, and for other it will be like driving across the country. It does'nt matter though, keep talking about what you really want and focus on achieving that. Every time you take action with intent you move closer to your goals.
