When I was looking for good home business ideas when I wanted to start another business I ran across a lot of "Business Opportunities" which is actually a business model online. Business opportunities offer a pre-packages system in which you play a part and earn money. The part you'll play is usually recruiter or marketer and sales. Many of the top tier biz opps boast a "no selling" mantra as they systemtize a great deal of the sales process. Money is made when people buy products. Sometimes the products are the system it's self and some biz opps have other stand alone products.
Why Business Opportunities Aren't the Best
I personally don't care for the busienss opportunity business model at all. I wrote an indepth article on business opportunities you can go read that and learn more. The key to being successful with a biz opp is generating leads and you'll find that is both difficult and expensive online when you first start out. The learning curve is pricey. Once you have it figured out you'll have an easier time of making money but the compensation programs you'll find assume the people you recruit will do well also. But remember they have to go through the same learning curve you did.
There are many good low cost business ideas you can start and work hard at to build a solid business that will generate a significant passive income. My experience with biz opps would be far from passive. Which brings me to another point, if you're going enroll in a biz opp that isn't passive don't market it in way that leads people to believe it is. In the real world that is called lying and when you do that people will just quit and you'll be wasting your time.
If you're researching the business opportunity business model I suggest reading that article, its one of the best business opportunity articles on the web right now. I included a video in the article from the FTC that explains the legal issues of promoting a business opportunity as well.
Are Business Opportunities the Most Profitable?
There are some people in the biz opp industry that earn a ton of cash. I don't deny that one bit, I know a few personally. They love it and it shows. The business opportunity business model and compensation model allow a person to earn several hundred thousand dollars per year, but it certainly isn't the norm.

Bleach Ch. 480
We were all aware about the final arc, right? From the news announced last week, it looks like Kubo has decided to conclude the series. It took a long while for this chapter to arrive. I'm guessing the short hiatus was for the news to spread. No matter. Bleach is here now with more manga fun to ease our shounen souls, even if it's just for a few more chapters. D:
[*SPOILER ALERT*] [*SPOILER ALERT*] [*SPOILER ALERT*] [*SPOILER ALERT*]
BAM! We are instantly introduced to new characters. At first, I thought I was looking at Hamtaro -or whatever his name is- and Rukia. But wait, Rukia doesn't wear a leafy thing over her head. Turns out that Soul Society is having hollow problems here and there. So in order to solve the problem in Karakura town, they send out two of their shinigami to fill in for the substitute soul reaper. Apparently, Ichigo is only to be called upon for really big cases. Which makes sense. He's way past hollows.
The two shinigami were escorted by none other than afro dude. Fancy seeing him again. And by now I'm thinking these two shinigami are probably no stronger than afro guy here. Turns out I was right. Clearly, they were still lacking experience. The girl got beat pretty bad after coming across a bunch of hollows and were rendered helpless. Not to worry, we all know this manga doesn't roll that way. A savior must appear all coolly and introduce himself right? Well, you all know who that is . . . Kurosaki, Ichigo. Shinigami representative. KYAA!
Thoughts:
I was a bit confused at first. I was like what the hell is going on??! Hollows? Whaa? Problem? Then, OHHH...
Mayuri's new look . . . nice! ;) I cannot wait to see the captains in action again. The visords! Oh, and maybe Nel. It's not like she has completely disappeared from existence. Oh Kubo stop hiding them. Bring back Ulqui! But that's besides the point.
The chapter is off to a good start. There was a creepy fellow lurking in the shadows - a potential villain? Probably. The two new characters were funny. The hollows! hollows! and more hollows!! :D I am, pretty much, expecting this final arc to blow my mind.

Guilty Crown 15: Oh the Irony
For those of you who liked Hare, sorry I cannot sympathize with you. She wasn’t one of my favorites. But I still didn’t think she’d die. I did consider her to be an important character in the story, at least. Guess not. How convenient was it that Inori lost her rival? I don’t think Inori will feel the same way about Shu anymore, though. Not after that unsettling way in which he handled her. Compared to the first time Shu removed Inori’s void, you can definitely feel the difference. Shu’s change in personality was emotionless, heartless, and plain scary.
Black★Rock Shooter 01: First Impressions
Girls wielding highly dangerous weapons . . . that's what I'm talking about! ;)
I was expecting a little more of this episode though. Compared to the OVA, this first episode was a lot like any other slice of life. It had more drama and comical relief this time, but I would have managed without the humor. I also didn't find any reason to connect with the characters or care for them at all. For example, the fact that Mato and Takanashi have to once again meet was a bore. That heartwarming feeling was not there anymore. Their friendship was moving too fast and I would have preferred it continue onto the next episode, but 8 episodes doesn't give you much time, so I can't expect it to slow down.
Other than that, the action was pretty bad ass. I enjoyed the character designs and the dangerous weapons. The villain was creepier than ever, but who I really look forward to seeing is Yuu. She is probably going to be the bestest, toughest, coolest looking opponent since she has already appeared in this episode as a friend of Mato's. Plus, I like that their battle ground/other world dimension or whatever reminds me of Madoka's world. I think BRS can easily pass as a magical girl, no?

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou 04: LOL Just LOOL!
Well, maybe not as funny as the previous episode, but funny nonetheless. Our usual trio didn't get a lot of screen time in this episode since we were introduced to a few more characters like the all girls school Council President and the boys Council President himself. Plus, some old looking farts.
High School Boys and Eavesdropping
This gag was about Tadakuni eavesdropping on his friends - something I've always been tempted to do, I'll admit. He was curious to know what it was that they talk about when he's not around - or if they talk about him, I suppose. It was funny seeing him get worked up once they started talking dirty. He started questioning the closeness between him and his friends. LOL. But all his efforts gone to waste once he realized he was spying on the wrong people.
The two characters who happen to be Student Council Presidents? Of course they wouldn't get along! It didn't make me ROFL though.
High School Boys and the Cultural Festival 2
I thoroughly enjoyed the haunted house. Boys can be scary. Naked and all. XD That poor prez.
High School Boys and the Cultural Festival 3
A fight to the death between girl prez and boy prez was strangely funny. The boy's only challenge was to stay up while the girl brutally tried to take him down. In the end, girl won cuz were awesome :)
High School Boys and Counseling
Tadakuni seeks advice from his coworker about his friend troubles. *facepalm* It was hilarious to see. She tells him to man up and go to them, but when he does . . . again, he confuses them for the wrong people.
Humor
Funniest gag of the episode. Seeing them eat sweets like wild monkeys did hurt my pride a little, though. But when they asked the dude why he tried so hard to live was too funny. Why won't you die? >.<

Ano Natsu de Matteru 04: The Alien Stalker
After that awkward moment between Ichika and Kaito, things have become even more akward. They even had a hard time greeting each other in the morning. It almost killed Rinon! Poor Rinon. This was not his episode. But it was mine :)
Soon afterwards, on her way home, Ichika finds Kaito in some older woman's car and turns into something evil. She goes on jealous mode and decides to abuse of Rinon's teleporting(poor Rinon) and stalk him. She stalks him into a lingerie store - giving the audience a little fanservice as the woman flaunted her bod, making Ichika even more jealous. But Rinon was having fun, at least.
Fucken Rinon! LOL
She later ends up at an apartment where Ichika comes up with the worst case scenerio that could happen between this older woman and Kaito. This was where she reached her breaking point and decided to break in - no pun intended. Well, teleport in I guess because she catches Kaito by surprise. In a hurry she urges him to leave with her, but ends up in an argument with the woman. After realizing Ichika's feelings towards Kaito, the woman purposely riles her up . . . and Kaito was still completely clueless. -_- In the end, the lady turns out to be Tetsurou's older sister. His married sister. Don't you feel foolish Ichika?
So after embarrassing herself, she apologized to Kaito and promised him a favor. Taking the opprtunity, he asked her to help him study. Ugh stupid Kaito. You should have asked her to be your girlfriend. She would have said yes! >.<
No matter, he got what he deserved. Ichika turned out to be a tyrant when it came to studying.

Inu x Boku SS 03: Thoughts
I must admit, I love her tsundere attitude. And she was just too adorable in her little kimono! It hurt me a little, seeing her get slapped. I wanted to give her father a piece of my mind. Ugh. I really wanted to punch him in the face!! >.<
Ugh, back to the story. These bishies can be very distracting.
The episode was mainly about Ririchiyo's lack of social skills and her problem with making friends. Because she always gave intimidating first impressions, people avoided her. She was perceived by others as a conceited rich girl with a cold persona. Thus, was talked poorly about by other students.
Afterwards, on her way back home from school, she is surprised to find Soushi kissing a girl. An old flame of his apparently, and that was just his way of turning her down. -_- Ririchiyo's reaction was, a little hurt. Soushi notices her looking and soon regrets his actions. And like the devoted butler he is . . he apologizes to her and riles her into thinking he is not worthy of being her SS. Ririchiyo lets her emotions get the best of her and claims that she can't trust anyone who plays with others emotions, the way he did with that girl. Obviously, reffering to herself. Their contract is void . . . and she goes back to being her lonely self.
Sooner than later though, Ririchiyo is put in a desperate situation and in need of assistance. Of course, prince charming comes to save her and wins back her trust. They make up and promise to never break their contract again.
It was so beautiful. (╥﹏╥)
Overall, the episode managed to solve the problem pretty quick, but it didn't seem to be moving too fast or anything. I liked this episode.
I'm curious about the two new characters. They look like trouble. Guess I'll find out about it later today. Man, it took me forever to write this post. Oh well, just getting my thoughts out there.
