What could I offer on my own? Well I offered people jobs in my other business, which amounted to a weekly ration of money to put food on the table and buy gas to get to work. Most of our employees made around 25k to 30k. We were a seasonal business and that is how the numbers work. What I could do on my own is offer others an opportunity to continue the struggle..... Yippee.


Guys would come in and sit down and say "man, what can I do to earn more money?" Constantly, this would happen... Not a real fulfilling scenario, for either party involved. The bottom line was, even the best guys working in that industry, performing that specialised technical skill, would never see more than 55 thousand dollars per year, no matter what!
